The Student Interface
Students can browse or search by location, price range, number of bedrooms and/or bathrooms, ownership/control (university or private) and whether or not the apartment they want is furnished. When they find one that looks interesting, they contact the landlord directly using the preferred method shown in the property detail.

The Landlord Interface
Third-party landlords with your permission can upload new listings—including photos—and edit or deactivate existing ones directly from their own computers. ApartmentSource includes the capability to charge for this.

The Housing Administrator Interface
Housing officers use the administrative interface to add and edit university-controlled listings and to monitor and control all activity on ApartmentSource, accept or reject third-party listings, etc.
